The location was convenient and strategic. Water and bathroom supplies (towels, soap, and shampoo) were provided, and the owner was present to help with the check‑in procedure.

The room was new, clean, beautiful, and the price was okay. However, there were many problems with communication, it was difficult to get in touch, check‑in was hard, and waiting for someone to respond was frustrating. It should be improved. Even though the room was good, the place in lane 7 felt very unsafe and terrible. Everything stemmed from hard communication, late responses, and irritation. I would not stay again.

The split AC works well, and the Smart TV plus wifi are top‑class. The single‑bed room gives enough space for one person; the bed feels a bit firm but tolerable. There’s a surprisingly large fridge inside, white‑tile bathroom with perfect hot water, and towels with a toothbrush included. The bidet leaks, which isn’t a huge issue but could use fixing. Two bottled waters are provided, and the room price includes coffee sachets. A microwave oven sits on the 2nd or 3rd floor, and kettles are in the room. Laundry facilities are on the 1st floor. I stayed in room 502 on the 5th floor, but the stairs were easy for me. The frosted glass bathroom door gives the illusion of a window, so the lack of a real window isn’t a problem. Plenty of dining options are nearby, and a 7‑11 is just a few steps away. The hotel is close to Ratchatewi station and a bus stop. It looks new, clean, and smells fine—no old‑building odor. The price is cheap, making it a solid deal overall.

I liked how clean it was and the facilities were worth the price. The room was shared, so it had a foot odor, and I wish there were air‑conditioners in each room; that would have been nice.
