I loved the location, their forest theme resort was awesome and I loved the courteousness of staff. They were very polite. One thing I must say , there are still things that they are improving such as renovation of few areas inside the resort, might take a while but overall I would give a 4. There are few areas inside resort that they are working on

I left as soon as I saw the room conditions and the only staff member I spoke to asked for money in the middle of the night. It was not livable; don’t book. It feels like a scam. There were cockroaches everywhere on the bed, floor, and walls, a dirty bathroom, dirty sheets, and I didn’t feel safe, so I left immediately because the staff only wanted money.
