I couldn't get in because it was closed and they didn't answer the phone; they only speak German, no English at all.

The hotel is close to shopping and my child’s school; it was hot, noisy, with kids, dogs, and cars outside, the beds were very soft and small, pillows thin, the toilet had flushing problems, and the shower leaked.
