The staff genuinely tried to help my friend, even upgrading their room, but despite the hotel being smoke‑free, the room itself had a terrible smell.

We arrived at midnight with our two‑year‑old son and my wife, only to discover our reservation didn’t exist; the staff said the hotel was full, forcing us to find another place, pay for a taxi, a different room and extra meals. None of the three amounts mentioned have been refunded.

It looked like a love hotel, was extremely dirty, had a sauna smell, and is the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed.

There was nothing positive to say – it was a scam and a terribly dirty love hotel. The front desk staff were a middle‑aged man and a young woman, both looking sloppy in sweatshirts and sandals. When I got the key and went to the room, the door was already open and the stairwell was pitch‑black, like a dare‑devil test. Inside, the room was unbelievably filthy, reeking of cigarette smoke, with unknown grime scattered on the sink, moth flies buzzing, a lamp that wouldn’t turn on and covered in dust, and dim lighting that made everything hard to see. The photos were completely misleading. The bathroom lacked walls and a door, and the amenity pack handed over by the front desk contained a condom. It’s hard to believe they would treat families this way. I had requested an extra bed when booking, but none was provided; when I asked the front desk, they said they couldn’t supply one. I left immediately because staying there was impossible. As we left, a couple of other couples checked in. I wasted a lot of time and money and returned exhausted in a foreign country. I’m also very disappointed with the booking site that listed this hotel. As others have warned, stay away from this place.
