The air‑conditioner was incredibly loud, so I had to turn it off to sleep.

Breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel claims to be in the city center, but taxis are hard to get from the hotel; the guard knows some and helps arrange them. The comfort room was quite small, and the TV and landline phone in our room didn’t work. The walls are definitely not soundproof; we could hear people having normal conversations from the hallway and the room next to us.

I had a pleasant experience with the hotel staff, particularly the reception team and the security personnel who were friendly and welcoming. However, the service in the restaurant left a lot to be desired, as the staff seemed unenthusiastic and failed to smile when serving customers.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. However, I did experience some issues with noise from neighboring rooms, which was largely due to the thin walls that seemed to allow every sound to travel through. Despite this, the breathtaking view of the city from my room made up for the minor inconvenience.
