The apartments were spacious, the pool was nice, and the place was quiet. The staff and cleaning were not well done, and the fact that Long Bay is often overrun by waves meant there was no direct beach. However, the hotel arranged a magical beach at Grace Bay at their expense.

The hotel is a wonderful, cozy spot for relaxation, and its silence is palpable. My apartment was very comfortable and functional. There aren’t many large hotels nearby, so the beach feels almost private with beautiful water that reaches at least 1 km deep. The area offers water‑sport equipment; I recommend renting a kayak and paddling to a shipwreck. I definitely suggest renting a car at the airport for trips to interesting places on the island, restaurants, and shops. Payment through Booking wasn’t successful at first—hotel sent me a link and the payment went through—without the reviews warning me, I would have been worried. Breakfast by the pool was pleasant, though a bit more variety would be nice.

The facilities are very modern and clean. The seaweed on the beach needs to be cleaned with a tractor.

It’s amazing, clean, quiet, and the staff are great. I was hesitant to pay via the link instead of through Booking, but it turned out to be safe.
