Good location, a jacuzzi bath, robe, and flip‑flops. I first asked for something special, had to chase it a few times, and when I gave up and just asked for two glasses to drink sparkling wine, they finally brought them after I paid for the glasses and a complimentary bottle. When I requested breakfast and told them we didn’t drink milk, they still brought a cup of milk after an hour, and when I called to complain I only got coffee for me, which arrived at 10:40. We finished the stay at 12:00 and there was no coffee; I left the milk bottle in the pantry and left dissatisfied. My husband and I don’t drink milk, so the service was terrible. When we arrived there was no robe, and the bathroom also lacked soap, so I didn’t even ask for it because the service was slow. First stay, horrible experience!

The experience was excellent, but the breakfast we were entitled to took no longer than 30 minutes to arrive, so we couldn’t enjoy it.
