The restaurant you sent us to was far away and hard to reach on a hot day; I think a shuttle should be arranged. Breakfast at the hotel met our expectations. The reception service left something to be desired.

We liked the hotel’s style and its location was fine, close to the promenade; breakfast was inside the hotel. Still, a few things could improve: 1) the breakfast was decent but could use more variety, like adding greens to the salad or ensuring the sliced bread is fresh. 2) We had an issue with the air‑conditioner – it worked well on the first day but was less cool the second. 3) The in‑room fridge wasn’t powerful enough to keep drinks cold.

The location is good. Someone entered our room without knocking, and the rooms are below standard.
