The staff were very friendly, but our bathroom was a bit dusty and cleanliness didn’t seem to be a priority at the property.

I arrived late and found a huge hole in the bed sheet that had been patched with thread; I called reception and someone came to replace it. They brought another sheet, but it was stained all over. It was 11 pm and I was exhausted from traveling, so I didn’t ask for another one because I wanted to sleep. The staff said they would change it in the morning, but no one came, so I had to call again. When the ladies finally came, they threw a medicine bottle onto my bedside table that I was still using; I asked reception why and they had no explanation. The manager spoke to me but offered no help. I requested a late checkout and they couldn’t accommodate it, even though I had such a bad experience with them; that would have been the least they could do. I was not impressed.

The room was quite spacious and well kept. The food could be improved, especially the breakfast, which had low to medium quality products and limited choices.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the property was well maintained, clean, and felt very safe. It’s quite expensive for an older property, and the breakfast was overpriced for what you get. Dinner was reasonable, but be prepared for a very long wait time when ordering anything.
