The beds were comfy, the rooms were large and relaxing, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were good. The room was hot and the Wi‑Fi wasn’t working, but after I called reception they fixed it. The air‑con system is old.

The room was big, the beds were huge, and the bathroom was large. Our air conditioning wouldn’t work, so the room got hot. We reported it the second day when we realized we couldn’t change it; someone came to fix it and said it was all good, but it stayed the same. I had prepaid for breakfast, yet both days I was told we weren’t on the list and had to fill in a slip, even though we had paid, and I didn’t appreciate how we were treated.
