“Disappointed!!!”
Honestly, it was a disaster from start to finish. We showed up, expecting to check in, but the place was a total mess - filthy everywhere and, to make it worse, the toilet was clogged with feces. We tried to get access by calling the provided number multiple times, but it just wasn't happening. Ended up having to leave with our kids and no place to go, which was super frustrating and totally unacceptable.
