Nothing like this hotel; they should update their profile. The picture doesn’t match the actual property, which is completely different now. The receptionist and owner are not welcoming—just after money, not passion. The staff only asks when you check out; they never ask for anything else, even room service. I’ve stayed in Panvel before, know the OYO type, but basic expectations are missing. Keep that in mind if you’re on a budget.
