The breakfast was wonderful, the spot is excellent and very dog‑friendly, near a park, and next door is a nice restaurant; the plumbing malfunctioned.

A warm welcome and a hearty breakfast featuring a lovingly arranged cheese and sausage platter set the tone, and the spacious room was spotlessly clean; the tram link to the city center is convenient, and a lovely lakeside park is nearby. The only drawback was that the room was a bit noisy, though it didn't really bother me.

Getting the keys was straightforward, parking was free, and the location was close to a tram stop, but the hotel itself feels old, the bed was uncomfortable, the shower had a drainage issue, and the toilet ventilation made a lot of noise.
