The location was great, central and nice. Everything about the hotel was excellent, striking a perfect balance between price and experience. I want to highlight the exceptional hospitality from the staff; everyone was kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Anna for always greeting us with a smile. The staff genuinely care about you.

We already knew this hotel from a stay 18 years ago and were drawn back by its prime location right next to the church and its beautiful, lively square that isn’t noisy. Returning with our teenagers confirmed that the spot is still exceptional – just a couple of steps from Hoan Kiem Lake and all the shops. We were also very impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the three reception ladies, Anna, Lola and Lily. Next time we’re in Hanoi, we’ll definitely choose this hotel again.
