The staff were very helpful, and even with a late reservation they managed to fit in a spa session. During breakfast, the service didn’t collect dirty dishes, so we ate surrounded by dirty plates and cups at most tables.

The pool area was exceptionally beautiful, and the reception staff were friendly with a smooth check‑in. We appreciated that nothing—like tennis, the pool, parking, etc.—was extra charged. The outdoor play area with a mud kitchen was perfect for our 5‑year‑old. The food at the restaurant was phenomenal, though the service was friendly but slow, leading to long wait times. Construction began promptly at 7 am.
