The staff were attentive. Good accommodation! The lodge is located 10 minutes from Lumiar’s centre. A quiet place, immersed in nature. Birds, flowers, and a stream inside the lodge. Satisfied. The lodge does not have a generator, subject to possible power outages. But, nothing that compromises the good stay. The cost‑benefit compensated.

The room was very cozy and very clean, the common areas beautiful and well maintained. A space to listen to nature’s sounds. Breakfast was very good too. The room could be brighter. And the road access to the lodge is poor—even though it’s only about 300 metres.

The place feels cozy and the new structure isn’t bad. The toilet was filthy under the lid, the bathtub only filled halfway with hot water and then dropped to 12 °C, and the breakfast was simple – eggs, cheese bread and juice – but when I arrived there was nothing left, so I had to ask for restocking. They left it to run out and made guests wait. Above the fireplace there were drips that made noise all night. Few staff were available; the owner was the main person. The access road was about 200 m and in very poor condition. Paying over 800 reais for a so‑called premium suite, I expected no such defects.

The inn was really comfortable and spotless, clearly well‑kept. The staff were friendly and paid attention to every little need. I left feeling that the place was taken care of properly.

We got solid service and the staff were genuinely helpful; the room lived up to what we expected and the breakfast was solid. My wife and I both loved the clean atmosphere and would gladly come back. The only downside was that our chalet, right next to the front desk, let in a bit of morning noise – a little better soundproofing would help, but it’s understandable given the location.
