The hotel's staff were absolutely fantastic, always willing to lend a helping hand. Unfortunately, the room was a letdown - it was small, the breakfast was subpar, and the area around the hotel wasn't the most pleasant.

We enjoyed the simple but tasty breakfast at this hotel, which included bread, jam, and butter, as well as eggs made to order. However, the noise level was a bit of an issue, even though we were in a high room. What really stood out, though, was the friendly staff, who were extremely welcoming despite not speaking much English.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the great and helpful staff who were always quick to respond to our requests. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with eggs made to order, and the views from our room of Ho Tay were stunning. We also appreciated the generous size of our room, which had windows that we could open to take in the fresh air and enjoy the sunset views. The location was perfect, with many vegan restaurants nearby and easy access to the old quarter by taxi.

The staff at this hotel were truly excellent, very friendly and responsive to our requests. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with stunning lake views that were cleaned and replenished daily. We also appreciated the great location on Tay Ho, where the long-term staff clearly loved their jobs and the hotel. The buffet breakfast was a lovely surprise, and we enjoyed it every morning.

We booked a luxurious room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake, and the soundproofing was top-notch. The room itself was spacious with two king-size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was impressive, with a great selection of Vietnamese dishes. However, the TV didn't work, but we didn't really need it anyway, and the air con was a bit noisy.
