“There are better options.”
The resort’s palm trees were the highlight, and the sea was fine for us, even if it might not satisfy everyone. The pool was a decent size and the rooms were cleaned well. The entertainment team did a solid job with daily activities and evening shows, and we liked the extra restaurants offering various cuisines around the property. However, the service was quite poor, from the reception to the understaffed restaurants. Staff seemed genuinely unhappy and there was a clear disconnect between them and the guests, with no personal touch. The food variety was satisfying, but the quality was merely average, not outstanding. The main restaurant needed modernization; its furniture and overall design felt dated. Service efficiency was low, with almost no table service for drinks or basic amenities, and there was hardly anywhere to get a proper coffee. Lavazza was available at the main bar, but even that was subpar. The internet was terrible, and overall this was the least satisfying experience we’ve had among all‑inclusive hotels.
