The reception team was really nice. The hotel is modern and beautiful, with luxury toiletries and a fridge in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The view over the outdoor pool and the hillside was lovely. The indoor pool, wet and dry sauna were fabulous. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choices. The town is 5 min by car. I absolutely recommend it. All was perfect—thank you.

The staff were helpful, the breakfast was fine, and the room view was good. The room was not clean, the spa didn’t have a working Turkish bath, and the jacuzzi had cold water; there were no staff at the spa. The elevators were very noisy, and one guest was stuck in an elevator; maintenance is needed. There was no sound isolation, so everything could be heard in the room. Overall, I do not recommend it.

The front desk staff were fantastic. The room was very spacious with a great view. A few minor issues: booking the spa space was disappointing, as it is in a building next to the hotel and requires a time slot and extra payment.
