Everything was great.

I stayed in a spot that was close to everything yet still quiet, with convenient parking, a very clean environment, and a nice swimming pool. I was surprised that the hotel didn’t provide basic toiletries like shampoo or shower gel, which is unusual for a place like this.

We had a really enjoyable and peaceful holiday with the family. The 2‑bedroom duplex we rented for 14 nights was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. We loved the short walk to the pool area for well‑shaded relaxation. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond with the requests we had. We’ll definitely come back—this time with a car—for hopefully a much longer stay.

The apartments were perfect, everything was spotlessly clean, and the location was great for our young family. The only minor issue was that cleaning arrived a bit late on a couple of occasions (mid‑afternoon). A vending machine might be a good addition since there’s no shop within easy walking distance.

The large two‑story townhome on the second floor had bedrooms and bathrooms, was spotless and impeccably styled, and the property itself was peaceful and quiet. We had access to a pool and towels, ample parking inside the gated premises, and the town was about a mile away with three supermarkets nearby; two recommended restaurants were within walking distance, though we drove into town for dinner. The town offered great spots like Jota Lita, Tapas da Vila, and Monte do Mar, and I’d suggest making reservations if you want to dine between 6:30‑9 pm. A washer and dryer were available with a few laundry pods, and there was a nice patio with a table and chairs. The reception staff were friendly and stayed open until 6 pm every day. The only downside was that you need a car to reach the property, as it’s not within walking distance of town. Shampoo and soap were missing, as were cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Only 3‑4 coffee pods were given on the first day, even if you asked for more; for a quick cup you have to go to the reception office. The TV claimed to have 120 channels, but very few were actually available and there was no streaming service.
