The elegance of the rooms, the kindness, and the attentiveness of the staff were outstanding. Unfortunately, the avenue overlooking my suite is very busy, and the windows did not sufficiently block street noise.

“Nettes Boutiquehotel, Kundenorientierung optimierungsfähig”

It is a very nice, high‑quality small hotel. Our room was beautifully furnished and even had a nice balcony. Unfortunately, the pre‑arrival communication was poor; we learned a few hours after booking that we could not travel by car as planned because Sunday was a car‑free day in Brussels. The hotel confirmed we could not leave before 7 pm but refused a free cancellation, which was surprising and not very customer‑friendly for a hotel of this class, so we had to rearrange and travel by train. The room was indeed lovely, but there were no storage spaces in the bathroom for coats, the toilet was very noisy, and the bed was quite small for two adults. Breakfast was pleasant but not free‑choice (only egg dishes were available), and a ready‑made selection was placed on the table, which we didn’t like because a lot of food was returned and thrown away. Special requests such as Egg Benedict cost extra, which was not reasonable given the advertised price. The location is okay, but the front-facing side is extremely loud, though it is quite central.
