Access to the accommodation is via a key safe; we received the details and instructions in an email well ahead of time. In the lobby there’s a small shop that requires payment by QR‑code, which didn’t work for us, but the following day we could pay by credit card without any issues. The breakfast selection was limited, yet still sufficient. The rooms were nicely furnished, though they were quite noisy.

Communication was only via SMS, breakfast wasn’t at 8:00, but everything else was very nice.

The facilities were nice, with fluffy blankets and the idea of a self‑service bistro, plus a kitchen in the room and cats. Breakfast was only hard-boiled eggs—no idea why. The location was good, and a longer stay would have been nice. Self‑check‑in and check‑out worked, and I didn’t see a single staff member. The bed was rattling, moving 30 cm from the wall overnight due to shifting, the TV was hard to see because of the angle to the bed and curtains, we had to buy our own shower gel, and the rooms were sound‑proofed but you could still hear people walking on the stairs and running guests down the hallways.
