“Stayed three nights. Great location for our needs!”

Breakfast was good. Nice options. Excellent gym. Pool looked great but did not have time to use it. Meal in the Lobby lounge was excellent. We enjoyed the ease of walking to 1 Utama mall. Good access. Good check in experience. Bed could be a bit softer

“A touch of luxury and comfort in a convenient location.”

Breakfast was excellent with a very wide range of options. The location is very convenient, served by two MRT lines, and a short walk to the huge 1 Utama Mall. The hotel staff were welcoming, helpful, and efficient, so we would stay again. Dinner options were a bit limited, the trolley to the VIP lounge was noisy and intrusive while we used the Infinity Grill by the pool, and the Grill menu had only one local Malaysian dish with too much Western food for us Westerners.

“Not good and friendly at all.”

Facilities at the hotel. I used the sport room, which has enough machines to practice. Disappointing Service and a Feeling of Discrimination The breakfast was good, and most of the waiters were nice and friendly. However, I had an uncomfortable experience with the man at the egg station. Despite standing and waiting directly in front of him, he did not ask us what kind of eggs we would like. Instead, he continued serving other guests who arrived after us, until we finally had to approach him and ask for service ourselves. Even then, he appeared visibly unhappy to serve us. Fortunately, another older staff member eventually came over and assisted us. Unfortunately, this was not the only disappointing experience during our stay. When we arrived, the front desk staff member did not even greet us. Since we had two separate bookings and for three guests, he repeatedly asked us which guests would be staying in which rooms, speaking so quietly that it was difficult to hear him clearly. The bellman then left us at the elevator, despite knowing that our group would arrive at the rooms at different times. No one explained the hotel's facilities or even informed us of the breakfast hours. I had to ask for this information myself. Furthermore, when we entered our room, the welcome screen displayed a greeting for only one guest, although two people were staying in the room. The welcome amenities, including the knife, fork, and dishes, were also left in the room for several days without being cleared away. Taken together, these experiences left me feeling unwelcome and poorly treated. In particular, the incident at the egg station made me feel that we were being treated differently from other guests, raising concerns about possible discrimination. While I cannot know the staff's intentions, the way we were treated was uncomfortable and disappointing. We paid for a hotel experience that should meet at least a four-star standard, including professional, attentive, and welcoming service
