“very scary”
The view is the only good thing about this place. I was extremely disappointed: the property is a mix of residential and commercial/hotel space, but that wasn’t clear before booking. The elevator setup is absurd—one tiny lift only goes one floor, then you have to navigate a very narrow staircase before taking another small lift to the upper floors, which feels unsafe with luggage. The place was dusty, poorly cleaned, with bugs on the floors and even on the mattress. The whole atmosphere felt strange and uncomfortable, more like a haunted house than a hotel. I only realized these issues after arrival and would have preferred a better inspection before listing. The only silver lining was that the owner agreed to refund me after I explained I couldn’t stay there, which I appreciated. Overall, I would not recommend this property; make sure you know what you’re booking before you arrive.

The rooms were spotless and the sheets felt cozy, and the front desk guys were young, helpful, and flexible with our check‑in and check‑out times. The bottled water was expensive and the elevators are quite narrow.
