“Maximum egy jó 3 csillagos szálloda, messze de nagyon az 5 csillagtól!”
The location was fine, but the furniture felt cheap, the pool temperature was off, and the equipment was lacking.

The place was in a great spot, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of food and drinks available all day.

The food was weak and monotonous.

The hotel was wonderful!!! Everything was top‑level! The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean. They cleaned daily. The food was tasty and varied! The beach had plenty of free loungers and umbrellas. The entrance to the sea was rocky, but there was a bridge to cross the stones. Beyond that, the water had sand. Those were great days of relaxation!!! There were no shortcomings!

The hotel sits in a beautiful spot, with a sea view on one side and striking mountain views on the other, and the surroundings are very pleasant. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and Katerina was especially kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with any question or request, earning special recognition. Unfortunately, several aspects were disappointing for a 5‑star hotel. I was surprised to learn that the room safe required an extra fee, even though I had booked a half‑board stay for a week; in similarly rated hotels, including many in Crete, I have never had to pay extra for a safe. I was told towels were changed every two days instead of daily, which felt inadequate during the hot summer; only after I specifically asked were they changed daily. There was no bathrobe in the room. The drinking water situation was odd: instead of a new bottle each morning, guests were expected to refill at the bar with filtered water, which is not what one expects from a 5‑star property. The food selection was limited at both breakfast and dinner, offering less variety and choice than a hotel of this category should. Noise was another issue: I had booked a ground‑floor room with a private pool for a peaceful stay, but mornings and sometimes during the day, the cleaning staff’s trolley rattled along the corridor, disrupting relaxation. Overall, while the location and staff friendliness were positives, I left somewhat disappointed. The main points that disappointed me were: an extra charge for the room safe, towels initially changed only every two days, a limited food selection, and noise from the cleaning staff’s trolley, especially in the mornings and intermittently during the day, which sometimes disturbed my rest.
