The location was fine and the parking was close, but the property wasn’t clean; when we arrived there was sticky stuff on the floor that stayed there the whole time.

The place is in a good spot, but the sheets and room were filthy, the kitchenette had nothing in it, and it definitely isn’t suitable for families—no kids should stay here. People were sleeping in the lobby with empty alcohol bottles, and there were no amenities, not even an ice machine. I couldn’t wait to leave and think it should be shut down.

The room was spacious and pet friendly, but it wasn’t very clean and the lights over the bed kept blinking annoyingly.

The front desk staff were accommodating and understood when I asked to change rooms, but the first room I got was disgusting—smelled like cigarettes, the AC unit was extremely loud, the room stayed humid no matter how low I set the fan, the bathroom was filthy with urine under the toilet seat that clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and the refrigerator was rusty; I could go on.
