We only liked the owner, who was talkative and a good uncle. The rooms were very dirty; the bathroom was in terrible condition, with a filthy toilet and a pile of dirt everywhere, clearly uncleaned. Even taking a shower was impossible. The location and view are great for climbers, but bring your own climbing gear because the slope is steep and the ground is very slick.

The property has potential, and the owner is friendly, though not a professional. There was nothing, the booking address was wrong, the host was impossible to contact, the climb to get there required a 4x4 and luckily it wasn’t raining, and there was no staff to keep the rooms tidy despite the new purchases.

The view was nice. There was no AC, it was unbearably hot, no light in the bathroom, no bed sheet—just a very hot blanket, a pillow with a nasty smell, and it was hard to reach.

Communication with the manager or tenant was fine. This unfinished construction site is not a hotel but a miserable tourist lodging with no access road. The sent route doesn’t work; you can only reach the place via a private unpaved path for the rough or by a trail to the castle with a knowledgeable manager. Everything is very steep, risking vehicle and crew damage. Water flows on demand, the restaurant is closed, everywhere is dirty. The highlight was an offer to stay in a room where staff stayed. I would not recommend the staff’s nightlife. The parking is a construction site. Never again; I only paid under the manager’s pressure.

The photos didn’t match the reality and my expectations. Two things stood out: the view and a funny manager who was friendly and welcoming but clearly embarrassed by what he offered. There was no key to the rooms and everything was dirty, so I spent a night fully clothed in the bed, which still gave me a rash the next day. I avoided using the shower because of cockroaches and a scorpion.
