I was impressed by the staff’s conduct; there was nothing to dislike.

Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews – they’re all fabricated. The staff were extremely rude, and the place was infested with cockroaches and mosquitoes. The bedsheets were smelly and stained, and when I asked for a change the staff refused. The bathroom was unhygienic with no hand‑washing liquid. I would have given a negative rating if that option existed.
