Hostel 24

“The location is excellent and staff at the reception desk are really sweet and helpful. I expected better value for mone”

Very friendly, welcoming, and smiling staff! The room could have been cleaner. A terrible odor was coming from the bathroom (probably sewage from the old pipes).

“La localisation est un gros avantage”

The location of the accommodation and shared kitchen access. The room and bathroom are a bit old, mold + humidity ++. We had to put a sheet at the window to dim the outside light and not be woken up early in the morning, but we only stayed one night so it was not very disturbing.

“Posizione meravigliosa, pulizia terribile”

The spot was great and close to the city center, but the cleanliness was awful—spider webs, mold, and hair stuck to the bathroom wall. The room smelled bad, was dark, and I woke up with insect bites on my arm. I understand it’s a hostel, yet paying €62 for a moldy, dirty room feels excessive.

The location was fine, yet the room was filthy, the shower was moldy, and there was nowhere to put my stuff; no bedside table, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. With many items we had, getting to the second floor was a nightmare because of the tiny, twisted ladder leading into the room.

“Podría ser mejor pero también peor”

The best part of the place is its location, just steps from the center and in a very safe area, and the reception girls were very friendly. The room’s smell was unbearable—like pipes—and I’m not sure if it was just ours, but it was so bad we had to spray perfume a few times to mask it. The pillows were very thin, the shower towels were small and didn’t cover the whole body, and the bathroom was too cramped. We didn’t see anyone at reception for three days, except on the day we arrived and once more.
