The car we rented broke down halfway to the hotel, so we missed our planned stay, but the owners’ compassion really stood out. They focused on our safety and whether we could find help, not on the fact that their room would stay empty. Their genuine concern during a stressful moment speaks volumes about the hospitality here, and we’re already looking forward to staying next time.
