Everything was flawless! The staff were extremely kind, attentive, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was good, hot water was available, the place was very clean, and it’s just a 15‑20 minute walk from Plaza de Armas. The only downside was that on our second stay we got a different room where the internet worked terribly badly, whereas the first stay’s connection was perfect. That was the sole flaw.

This place is lovely and very clean, and compared to other hotels in Cusco, the rooms stayed warm at night with plenty of heating. The staff were very friendly; Richard spoke perfect English and was super helpful.

Everything was spot‑on: the facilities, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and especially the staff’s attention. They’re kind, attentive, helpful, and very professional. At check‑out they asked how they could improve our experience, and honestly we couldn’t think of anything. It was a great experience overall. Highly recommend if you’re heading to Cusco.

Clean and well‑maintained, with a warm shower and everything brand new. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Great location.
