The staff were friendly and the location was convenient.

The room was too small, the door wouldn’t shut unless you pulled it, housekeeping left the door open when they left, they didn’t clean well and left dirty cups in the room, there was no view, and the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy.

The Albus Hotel proved to be a solid pick for my solo trip to Amsterdam; the stay was excellent, Victor was outstanding and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, I even extended my stay thanks to his flexibility, Raymond also delivered great service, and I’d definitely return.
