Being close to the Invista chemical plant made commuting easy, the price was great, the bed was comfortable, and they cleaned my room daily; they even swapped my couch for a new one during my stay. However, the towels were dirty when I arrived and I had to request replacements. After a week, I asked the older man at the front desk if it was cheaper to pay through him or online; he said it was cheaper with him and quoted a price that was $80 more per week than online. I had already booked online and paid the taxes, yet he demanded an extra $35 in cash to cover taxes that my booking already included. It felt like a scam, so I gave him the $35 just to keep the peace.

“Great service!”

My stay was marked by exceptional service, which made my experience truly enjoyable, but unfortunately, I didn't get to enjoy much of the amenities as I was looking for something that wasn't available.

I had a pleasant stay thanks to the friendly manager and the comfortable, clean bed, plus the hot water was a welcome relief; however, I did notice the sofa looked a bit grimy, although I didn't end up using it, and the trains outside made it noisy at night, but the manager's kindness and the morning coffee were highlights.
