“Sin mas”
The check‑in process and the welcome pasta box were well managed. We missed clear instructions on how to use the house. The house felt a bit cold, and although someone came to turn on the heating, it never worked. Of the bathrooms, only two have showers, and in one the water pressure was almost non‑existent, making it hard to wash hair. As a wedding couple, we also missed a large mirror, the lighting throughout the house was very dim and barely sufficient for makeup. The house has three floors and the stairs to the top floor are difficult for carrying luggage and kids; with no bathroom on that floor, having to descend those stairs at night feels unsafe.
