The proximity to the station and the staff’s friendliness were positives, but the cleanliness was lacking, the furniture was in poor condition, the elevator was broken and seemed never to have worked, and the carpet needed replacement.

Terrible, no key. The staff, the establishment, the cleanliness, and the loud permanent occupants of the hotel are all awful.

The site is good and the bed is comfortable, but the maintenance is poor: many items in the bathroom are broken or missing. Breakfast is decent but messy. We had trouble paying for the parking garage; the discount voucher we received in the garage wasn’t honored, which was our problem. The hotel hosts refugees, so the entrance is full of wheelchairs. The lift doesn’t work.

The proximity to the train station is great, but the building feels old and the breakfast was very basic.

The location is super convenient compared to the train station: it's just across the street, only a 2‑minute walk!
