Como os hóspedes avaliam o hotel, aspecto a aspecto.
The peace was nice, close to the historic center and moderately close to the train station. I had trouble arranging a taxi; when I asked the manager for help to get a taxi for the early morning because my phone couldn’t do it, he replied that they didn’t handle taxis… that was frustrating. Not all guests are Italian, some of us don’t know the language, so better customer service would be great, it costs nothing to manage it. The cleaning staff were a 7, thanks.

Communication was terrible, no one was on site, and replies to messages were too slow.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the Naples gate and a short stroll to the cathedral and historic center. Unfortunately I had high expectations because it had been renovated a few years ago; the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the faucet quality was poor, it actually had a thick layer of limescale… I was very disappointed. Please send photos to the manager but do not post them online as they could affect future guests.

Buena ubicación, limpio y cómodo. La habitación un poco pequeña, olvidaron dejar papel higiénico. El wifi no funcionaba
