I liked the spot, the elevator, the air conditioning, and the balcony access.

The room was very close to the Termini stop, making it easy to catch trains, metro, and buses; it had air conditioning, a TV, a mini balcony, an elevator, and we really enjoyed the accommodation. The shower head didn’t always work properly.
