We spent four nights at the Beach Wave Hotel, the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. We could have breakfast overlooking the sea with our feet in the sand, then the hotel arranged a Tuktuk and surf instructor for us. An amazing stay, with a cool, spacious room overlooking the ocean: 10/10.

A lovely beachside property, quieter than the higher parts of the beach. The staff were very helpful. The bedroom lacked natural light, so we had to keep the lights on all the time.

The beach was very quiet and close to the main street, so you can walk there. The staff were very friendly and detail‑oriented. Rooms were clean and spacious. I recommend it 100 %.

The location is truly ideal, everything is within walking distance and we stayed away from the noise (we later spent a night on the other side of the beach, where the noise went until 5 am and we couldn't sleep). The staff are lovely, very attentive, and there is a laundry service available. They even gave us a complimentary breakfast! The breakfast is excellent, served right on the beach. There are beach chairs directly on the sand, so you can wake up and have breakfast with your feet in the water! Overall, excellent value for money (compared to other accommodations in Arugam Bay).

The service is super friendly, the location is on the beach without being in the crowd. The atmosphere is cozy, the breakfast is good. Surf lessons and a wash service are provided at a very reasonable price and communication is very quick.
