“Great value for the money - but is going downhill”
The staff were friendly, the buffet was tasty, and the pastry shop looked nice; the spa area stayed tidy with three types of saunas, a steam bath, and a salt room, and the masseurs justified the price. However, the a‑la‑carta Restaurant Vitus was shut on several of our visits, and when it opened it offered only a generic lunch menu—unacceptable for a 5‑star venue, or at least what the Ministry of Travel would anticipate. Also, there was no bath in the room, even though it was advertised.
