A family‑run hotel with a very friendly vibe, right in the center opposite the train station and close to the city center, and a parking garage just next door. We were just passing through this time, but my parents had celebrated a big family event there a few years back. We had to book a room by the station on short notice, and the sound insulation was spot‑on, so we couldn’t leave the windows open at night.

“Vernünftige funktionale Unterkunft”

The bathroom is new, the staff are friendly, and parking is convenient with charging options. The rooms feel a bit dated but acceptable. We couldn’t confirm that the breakfast was great; it felt like the classic breakfast from 20 years ago, which didn’t suit us. Some pastries were dry, and there was no oat milk.

“Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage zentral erreichbar vom Hbf.”

The central location at the station is very convenient. The reception area is friendly. The beds are very good. The breakfast could definitely have been better. We were there on Sunday around 9 h. The prepared fried eggs were soggy, clearly overcooked. At that price it should have been freshly made or the eggs replaced with fresh ones at intervals. The cereal selection also didn't quite match my needs. My husband has a visual impairment, and it was a bit too dark in the entrance reception area.
