Everything was perfect: the room was spacious and pleasant, very clean, the pool was stunning, and the location was great—close to the main street but quieter on the side street. The staff were amazing and courteous.

The setting was perfect, especially the amazing rooftop pool. Staff went above and beyond—you couldn’t ask for more. Guest relations, our driver, the restaurant, spa, and room cleaners were all lovely and friendly. It was perfect for our stay in Ubud.

Stayed 5 days in Ubud and enjoyed every day at Adiwana Bisma. The hotel is very clean, the staff are incredibly attentive, and the amenities are high quality, including the shower gel, shampoo, coffee and etc. We had rice field view and it was very quiet. Loved their flexible all-day breakfast at Pistachio Restaurant, everything was delicious. To visit all the locations around Ubud, we got a private driver for the whole day through Adiwana Bisma, and it was probably one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Adi, was such a kind, attentive and lovely person. We already had a list of places that we wanted to visit, but you can also choose from the brochure or ask for recommendations. During the trip, we asked him lots of questions about Balinese culture, the island and everyday life here. He shared his knowledge and told us many interesting things along the way. The whole day felt very relaxed and enjoyable. He was also a very careful and smooth driver, the car was comfortable, and he gave us some great recommendations for the next day. We really enjoyed spending the day with Adi and were very happy that we chose him as our driver. Nothing

Awesome staff. Great services. Wonderful pool. Full service experience. Free welcome massage and cocktail upon arrival. The initial reception to the property felt very welcoming.
