The location is good. The room layout was fine, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The parking garage is too tight; a lot of people have scraped their cars up in there. The girl at the front desk was indifferent about customer service, and the cleaning for the room was ok at best.

Good location, but the parking garage was awful.

The facility was clean, convenient, and well maintained. The staff were mostly professional and kind.

The breakfast was really good, and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the desk area, and the hotel is close to downtown Pittsburgh. However, one of the reading lights on the bed in board room 513 wasn’t working, and I was surprised that the maid only came once during a two‑night stay.
