The building and rooms are run‑down and gloomy; the hotel staff were not friendly or helpful and seemed reluctant. The only bright spot was the decent breakfast buffet, but overall upkeep and maintenance feel more like a hostel.

The 2‑bedroom suites feature two ensuite bathrooms and a spacious living area, but the location is a drawback even though Grab makes it easy to get around. The bath towels look unclean, not very white, and the towels and bedsheets don't have a fresh scent.
