The staff were friendly and personal. We especially loved the “Vista Stromboli”: the direct view from the balcony onto the volcano. One thing to note is that a railway line runs right in front of the house on the seaside side.

The building is lovely, freshly renovated with meticulous attention to detail. My room had a balcony and was impeccably tidy. The bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. Sara and her daughter were friendly and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable! We hope to return soon. Nothing in particular to complain about.

The spot is great—just 10 minutes from Tropea and even closer to local eateries. A grocery shop is a 5‑minute stroll away. We liked that we weren’t right in the middle of the action but close enough to reach it. The accommodation was quiet and the hosts were excellent. Sara and her daughter Victoria guided us to sights we wanted to see and offered superb service. Breakfast had all the typical Italian fare. The room had a nice shower pressure and came with beach bags and towels. Our room faced the ocean, and although we didn’t hit the beach near the hotel, it’s about a 15‑minute walk. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Italy. Nothing negative.

The only positives were the location and cleanliness. The accommodation lacked a balcony, and there was no space to dry swimsuits, towels from the sea, or wet towels after a shower. The room size forced me to keep things on the floor, and at night I couldn’t sit anywhere else but in bed.
