I asked for blankets, but none were available. There’s no staff because you enter with a code and get the key with another code, so you’re on your own. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. They allow dogs, but there’s not even a blanket for them to sleep on.

We managed to snag a spot in the tiny parking lot—only six spaces total—and the room fridge was so cold it froze everything. The room was filthy, with spiders on the ceiling, loud noises, light leaking through the door gap, a horrible mattress, ultra‑thin pillows, a headboard that creaked with the slightest touch, a loose floor tile that I reported but was ignored, towels with other guests’ hair, a noisy cashier machine that stayed on all night, and a shower with no pressure. I could list more. They advertise a 12 pm checkout, but that’s only if you pay an extra €20. For the price and the services offered, it feels like a rip-off. Santander isn’t a city that deserves a place like this.
