The sunrise breakfasts with that stunning caldera view were a real highlight. Our room was gorgeous, roomy, and spotless, and the private terrace let us soak in the scenery. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The whole hotel felt well kept and very peaceful. We also loved the restaurant food and the extra touches like the welcome wine and tapas. The location was perfect for us—quiet, off the beaten path, with breathtaking views. The only downside was the pool temperature; it was so cold I couldn’t use it, which was a shame because the pool and its setting are beautiful. A heated pool would have made the stay even better.
