The property was spotless, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, but the breakfast fell short—perhaps because we arrived later, the food seemed less fresh and the selection felt limited.

The location was excellent, the staff were helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was good value, with no negatives.

Everything was excellent, especially the service from all the hotel staff; I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in KL, though the pillows were a minor issue.

The service was great and the room was clean, but the buffet spread could use more variety.

The spot is great, the room is solid, and the facilities are solid. The staff were friendly, but their English was a bit weak.
