We mainly went hiking, so we spent little time at the hotel. The accommodation met exactly what we needed and did so perfectly. Trails nearby, parking in front of the building, and from the terrace we had a great view of the mountains. As I said, the accommodation was fine for what we required.

Excellent hébergement pour notre dernière nuit en Slovénie. L'hôte nous a conseillé une excellente Gostilna à la campagne . Les rues de Dovje ne sont pas faciles en voiture !

The host was friendly, the room was authentic with its own bathroom and kitchenette, and a reserved parking spot was provided in front of the property. Communication for check‑in and check‑out was straightforward. Unfortunately, the bathroom kept smelling despite having a ventilation system; even after we left the property all day, the scent lingered when we returned, and we couldn’t determine the cause, but it was definitely unpleasant.

The location is good and offers a nice view of the nearby mountains. The balcony, furnished with comfortable chairs, provides a pleasant spot for morning coffee and valley views. The bed, however, has a mattress that is too low, so when you sit or stand up you end up leaning against the metal side.

This was the third year we stayed here, and as usual everything was flawless ❤️ We absolutely love the place. The owners are incredibly kind, the rooms are spotless, and the location is ideal. We’ll definitely come back 100 %.
