The property was very clean and bright, with all the comforts you’d expect. The owner made sure I had everything I needed, showing genuine empathy and always being concerned about the guests’ needs. I would stay here again. Everything was great.

I had a great experience! The host was cooperative and responsive from the start. The location is excellent—right near Gran Vía and within easy reach of everything. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. I definitely recommend it.
