The staff were awful, the room was filthy, the bathtub was terrible, and overall the hotel was disgusting.

The location was good and the air‑conditioning worked well, but the bathroom was old‑fashioned and the fixtures were outdated; the staff collected our towels but didn’t replace them with clean ones, so we had no fresh towels the second day.
